By accessing or using NearMe Community, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.

NearMe Community provides a marketplace connecting clients with verified interior designers, architects, turnkey contractors, and suppliers. By using our platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

Professionals listed on NearMe Community are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their profiles, portfolio, and service information. NearMe Community does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered. We verify documents to build trust but do not take liability for professional performance.

Anyone with a NearMe Community account may sell on the Marketplace. Sellers must list only genuine interior products and services they are entitled to sell, and must keep each listing's name, photos, video, description, price, price unit, stock, delivery and contact details accurate and up to date. Fake, misleading, counterfeit, unsafe or prohibited items, copied photos, and invented prices, reviews or claims are not allowed. Every listing, and every change to a live listing, is reviewed before it appears publicly; NearMe Community may edit listing details and search information, reject, unpublish or remove any listing at its discretion. Request a Quote and Enquire with Seller listings: prices, orders, payment, delivery, returns and warranties are agreed directly between the buyer and the seller, and NearMe Community is not a party to those transactions. Buy Now listings: the buyer pays NearMe Community online through our payment partner at the listed price; the seller must dispatch the order promptly, keep its status updated, and honour the stock shown. NearMe Community releases the payment to the seller after the order, and refunds the buyer if an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled. Any delivery charge must be included in the listed price or agreed with the buyer before dispatch. Buyer details shared through an enquiry or order may be used only to respond to or fulfil it.

You retain full copyright of content you upload to NearMe Community. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote your work within the platform. You represent that you own all intellectual property rights in your content and that it does not violate third-party rights.

Payments on NearMe Community are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Applicable fees and service charges will be clearly communicated before any transaction. All fees are deducted automatically at the time of sale. NearMe Community is not responsible for payment gateway interruptions.

Your privacy is paramount. NearMe Community collects information you provide directly — including account details and uploaded content — and automatically collects technical data to improve the platform experience. We do not sell your personal information.

NearMe Community reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the community. You may close your account at any time. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

NearMe Community is a marketplace platform and is not liable for disputes between clients and professionals, the quality of work delivered, or outcomes of services listed. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the three months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
