NearMe Community provides a marketplace connecting clients with verified interior designers, architects, turnkey contractors, and suppliers. By using our platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

Professionals listed on NearMe Community are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their profiles, portfolio, and service information. NearMe Community does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered. We verify documents to build trust but do not take liability for professional performance.

You retain full copyright of content you upload to NearMe Community. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote your work within the platform. You represent that you own all intellectual property rights in your content and that it does not violate third-party rights.

Payments on NearMe Community are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Applicable fees and service charges will be clearly communicated before any transaction. All fees are deducted automatically at the time of sale. NearMe Community is not responsible for payment gateway interruptions.

Your privacy is paramount. NearMe Community collects information you provide directly — including account details and uploaded content — and automatically collects technical data to improve the platform experience. We do not sell your personal information.

NearMe Community reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the community. You may close your account at any time. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

NearMe Community is a marketplace platform and is not liable for disputes between clients and professionals, the quality of work delivered, or outcomes of services listed. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the three months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
