Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this before making a purchase on NearMe Community — it sets out the narrow circumstances in which we can refund.

Privacy Terms Refunds

General Policy

NearMe Community provides a digital marketplace platform. Once a transaction is completed and access to platform features is granted, the transaction is generally considered final.

Access is granted immediately

Because payment unlocks marketplace features straight away, we can't refund once you've accessed the platform or spent any credits.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in these exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate payment
You were charged more than once for the same transaction because of a payment gateway error.
Technical error
A fault on our platform stopped you reaching services you'd paid for, and we couldn't fix it within 48 hours.
Unauthorised transaction
A payment was processed without your authorisation, subject to verification.
Service not delivered
You paid but never received access to the platform features.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

Change of mind after purchase
Not getting round to using the platform
Dissatisfaction with platform features
Credits already used, in full or in part
Features working as described
User error or misunderstanding
Third-party service interruptions
Account closure or self-deletion

Refund Request Process

Get in touch within 7 days
Email support@nearmecommunity.com within 7 days of the purchase.
Include the details
Your transaction ID, the email you registered with, and the reason for the request.
Attach evidence
Screenshots, error messages, or any other supporting documentation.
Await review
Allow 3–5 business days for our team to review the request.

Processing Timeline

Review period: 3–5 business days
Approval notification: Via email
Refund processing: 7–10 business days
Bank credit: 5–7 additional days

Try before you buy

We'd rather you explored the platform first and decided it fits than asked for a refund you may not be eligible for.
