A complete 3BHK interior design and execution project for Payal Lohiya in Kolkata, thoughtfully planned to create a modern, elegant, and comfortable home. The project combines stylish living spaces, well-designed bedrooms, a functional kitchen,
Every part of the home was thoughtfully planned to suit everyday living while maintaining an elegant and modern visual character. From the initial design concept and space planning to furniture, lighting, wall treatments, and final finishing, the project was executed with attention to detail and quality.
Living & Dining Area
The living and dining area was designed as a welcoming space for family time and entertaining guests. The layout was carefully planned to provide comfortable seating, easy movement, and a balanced connection between the living and dining zones.
Contemporary furniture, decorative wall elements, ceiling details, and layered lighting work together to create a warm and refined atmosphere. The overall design maintains a clean appearance while providing sufficient functionality for daily use.
3 Bedrooms
The three bedrooms were designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing environment while meeting the individual storage and lifestyle requirements of the home.
Customized wardrobes, beds, bedside units, dressing areas, storage cabinets, lighting, and wall décor were incorporated into the bedroom designs. A coordinated selection of colours, textures, and finishes helps maintain a consistent design language while giving each bedroom its own character.
Modular Kitchen
The kitchen was planned around functionality, efficient workflow, and organized storage. A practical modular layout provides dedicated spaces for kitchen essentials, appliances, utensils, and everyday requirements.
The cabinetry, countertop, hardware, and lighting were selected to create a modern kitchen that is both visually appealing and convenient for regular use.
Customized Furniture & Storage
Customized furniture was an important element of the project. Wardrobes, TV units, cabinets, shelves, display units, and other storage solutions were designed according to the available dimensions of each space.
The objective was to maximize usable storage while maintaining a clean and uncluttered interior. Customized solutions also helped create a seamless integration between furniture, walls, and architectural elements.
Ceiling & Lighting Design
The ceiling and lighting design were developed to complement the overall interior theme. A combination of ambient, functional, and decorative lighting helps create different moods while providing adequate illumination for everyday activities.
Carefully positioned lights also highlight key furniture pieces, wall features, and architectural details, enhancing the overall appearance of the home.
Wall Treatments & Decorative Details
Selected walls were enhanced using contemporary finishes, panels, textures, colours, and decorative elements. These features add visual interest without overwhelming the interiors.
The wall treatments were coordinated with the furniture, ceiling, flooring, and lighting to create a balanced and premium look throughout the residence.
Complete Interior Execution
The project included complete interior design and execution, covering space planning, material selection, customized furniture, storage solutions, kitchen design, bedroom interiors, ceiling and lighting, wall treatments, and final finishing.
Attention was given to the finer details during execution to ensure that the completed interiors remained aligned with the original design concept.
